HECI is run by a Board of Directors, which is responsible for setting priorities and implementing the organization's activities. The members of the Board of Directors are:
Jodi Mahardi has been serving as the Deputy for Maritime Sovereignty and Energy Coordination at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment of Indonesia since October 2022. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy for Maritime Resources Coordination within the same ministry. In 2018, he served as a career diplomat at the Indonesian Embassy in Washington D.C. Jodi earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2001 and completed his postgraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas, Houston, in 2011. Additionally, he is the Deputy Secretary General of the Indonesian Athletics Federation for the 2021-2027 period.
Seno Adhi Damono is a prominent figure in the Indonesian business and event management sectors. He currently serves as the President Director and CEO of On Us Asia, a creative and progressive communication and brand agency based in Jakarta. Under his leadership, On Us Asia provides comprehensive services in communication, branding, and professional event organization across Asia.
Rikordias Dominius (Riko) is the co-founder and also Managing Director of HECI. He has been involved more than 10 years in the energy business in Indonesia, particularly in oil, gas, and power generation. Riko has published articles and research about energy outlook in Indonesia and is passionate about clean energy business in Indonesia and globally. Riko has been involved as speakers in many important conferences in Indonesia on the matter of power generation and coal industry for the past seven years. Riko earned his bachelor degree in Economics from University of Indonesia and Master of Business Administration from SBM ITB.
William Jhanesta, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, currently serves as an Energy Analyst at Petromindo, where he has been employed since January 2022. His role involves conducting market research and analysis focused on carbon-capture, storage, and utilization (CCS/CCUS) in Indonesia, monitoring project performance, and facilitating stakeholder collaborations. Jhanesta also handles a comprehensive database of industry publications and analyzes regulatory changes to provide strategic insights into the oil and gas sector, including exploration activities and mergers and acquisitions. His previous positions include working as a Researcher at enerGIS Indonesia, where he utilized satellite imagery and geophysical data to analyze geothermal potential, and as a Geothermal Geophysicist at NewQuest Geotechnology and the Central of Mining, Coal, and Geothermal Energy in Indonesia.
William holds a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from Universitas Indonesia, where he completed a thesis on the conceptual modeling of the Mount Endut Geothermal Area using integrated remote sensing and geophysical data. His technical skill set includes proficiency in various industry-related software such as ArcGIS, Surfer, Oasis Montaj, WinGLink, and Global Mapper, along with skills in geothermal geoscience and energy market analysis. Fluent in Bahasa and with intermediate proficiency in English, he has demonstrated capabilities in both national and international contexts, contributing to his expertise in the energy sector.
